Northwich Cricket Club played host to an action-packed Cheshire Cricket League T20 Finals Day on Sunday, with two trophies decided in front of a lively crowd at Moss Farm.

In the T20 Plate Final, Northwich CC faced Langley CC in a hard-fought contest. After winning the toss and electing to bat, Langley posted an imposing 194 for 6 from their 20 overs. Despite a revised target of 127 in 13 overs due to rain interruptions, Northwich fell short, finishing on 94 for 6. Langley secured the Plate with a 32-run victory.

The T20 Cup Final followed, featuring Stockport Trinity CC against Barnton CC. Stockport batted first and produced a strong total of 140 for 5 in their 14 overs. In reply, Barnton struggled to keep up with the chase, finishing on 94 for 9. Stockport Trinity claimed the Cup with a 46-run win.

It was a fantastic day of cricket at Northwich CC, with both finals showcasing quality performances, big hitting, and plenty of excitement for the spectators.
