The AGM is open to all senior playing members, social members, and parents or guardians of junior playing members, who are all encouraged to attend. However, in line with the Club’s rules, only full members and Vice-Presidents are eligible to vote.

Nominations and Proposals
Any eligible member wishing to stand for election for any of the above posts or put forward any proposals for amendments to the Club’s constitution for discussion and vote at the AGM is kindly asked to submit their intention in writing. Nominations or proposed changes must be sent via email to Simon James at simonjamesncc@gmail.com no later than Wednesday, 15th January 2024.
