Happy new year to all, we would like to announce the winter training schedule for 2026

Under 9s through to seniors at St Nicholas High School Sports Hall, Friday evenings from 17.30 - 21.30 from 6th March and each week until April 3rd.

• Under 9s -17.30 - 18.15
• Under 11s - 18.20 - 19.05
• Under 13s - 19.10 - 19.55
• Over 15s and seniors - 20:00 -21.30

Girls indoor training every Saturday 1.30 - 2.30 pm at the Grange Junior School on the following dates:

• 22nd Jan,
• 5th Feb,
• 12th Feb,
• 5th Mar,
• 19th Mar.

Ladies indoor training Thursdays 7.00 - 9.00 pm at the Grange Junior School on the following dates:

• 22nd Jan,
• 5th Feb,
• 12th Feb,
• 5th Mar,
• 19th Mar.

New or returning players across the age groups are more than welcome to attend.
