Under 9s through to seniors at St Nicholas High School Sports Hall, Friday evenings from 17.30 - 22.00 from 6th March and each week until April 3rd.

17:30 - 18:25 - Under 9s
18:30 - 19:25 - Under 11s
19:30 - 20:25 - Under 13s
20:30 - 22:00 - Under 15s, Under 18s and Seniors.

Girls indoor training every Saturday 1.30 - 2.30 pm at the Grange Junior School on the following dates:

• 19th Mar.

Ladies indoor training Thursdays 7.00 - 9.00 pm at the Grange Junior School on the following dates:
