The club has reason to call an Extraordinary General Meeting to formally appoint a new Club Treasurer.
The EGM to be held at the club on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 starting at 6.45pm. All members, playing or otherwise are entitled to attend but in accordance with the rules of the club only Vice-Presidents, Life and full members will be able to vote.

Please find the agenda below. Should you wish to stand for the position at the EGM, then please submit details to me in writing - vickijg1@hotmail.co.uk - at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
