Our under 9’s brilliantly started the week. A strong performance against Sandbach at home, winning by 48 runs. Some strong bowling and fielding resulted in 10 wickets, including two fabulous catches and a superb run-out — all the team contributed to the score! Also, it's great to see our non-paying under 9’s popping down to cheer them on! Next week, we have two games, Monday is a league game, and then we have the small matter of a Cup Final on the 19th July.

The under 13’s put on a solid performance against an excellent Sandbach team - unfortunately, it was not our night, but we are so proud of these lads for fighting to keep the score respectable. There were many positives and some solid individual batting performances - which kept the chase on, and some phenomenal catches! There are also things to take away and improve, which the team will continue to learn! This team are getting stronger and better as the season goes on! We are all so proud of them.

Coming up this weekend at NCC
Friday we will have training sessions for both the Junior's and Women's players and on Saturday the 1st XI are at home against Langley CC, starting at 12:30pm.
