2024 Membership Proposal –Agreed at AGM 16/01/24.
• Membership fees to rise for first time in seven years.
• Introduction of player registration fee. £20 per senior player, £10 per Junior and Ladies player, payable in one payment.
• Monthly membership payment option to be introduced.

Full membership – £90 payable in either one payment or £15 per month over 6 months
• All senior players (18+) and family members, inclusive of junior players, siblings and Ladies players with a senior playing partner.
• £30 per full Ladies player membership will be paid back to W & Gs section towards club shirts or winter training costs.
• All full senior membership holders are entitled to voting rights.
Example – 1 senior player, 1 Ladies player and 1 junior player = £90 membership + 1 x £20 Senior player reg fee, plus 1 x £10 Ladies Player reg fee, plus 1 x £10 Junior reg fee.

Family membership – £60 payable in either one payment or £10 per month over 6 months
• Nonplaying adults with junior players - Also includes students and any members in full time education.
• No voting rights.
Example – Nonplaying parents = £60 plus £10 registration fee per junior player.

Social Membership - £20 per nonplaying family.
• Nonplaying families or supporters wishing to take advantage of club membership offers.

All memberships categories entitle members of the associated family to the following:
• 10% Bar discount.
• Free room hire.

To help reduce the time spent on administration by our volunteer officials could we please ask that ALL payments from Jan 2024 are made via the club website.

All members will need to be registered on the website by clicking on 'JOIN'.
Complete membership details for the lead member and all family members. Parents are then able to link their account to their junior players:
Login in to account – Manage your Account – Roles – Parent – Add child – Repeat per junior family member.

Existing website members are encouraged to “LOG IN” to update their account details and proceed to the ‘SHOP’ page to complete payments.
